Service Description

A Trichologist is a trained professional who focuses on the study and treatment of hair and scalp disorders. They can assess the health of your hair and identify potential issues, ranging from genetic factors to environmental causes. With their guidance, you can develop a plan to address these concerns and promote healthy hair growth. During your 1.5-hour Consultation, your Trichologist will examine your hair and scalp, take a detailed history, and discuss your general concerns. A Bio scan will also be performed. This is a health assessment using a non-invasive technology tool that measures biological parameters to provide a comprehensive health overview. It is often used to screen for potential issues and suggest further tests or homeopathic remedies. Angie will follow up with you within 2 business days to provide a complete report and detailed treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit to guarantee the scheduling of the service. The deposit will be applied at the time of service, and the balance for any remaining amount will be due at final checkout. In the event of a rescheduling, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. Pricing includes a credit card processing fee. A 5% discount will be applied at checkout for using cash, Zelle, or Cashapp payments. We understand that things happen so we allow a 15 minute grace period that must be communicated by text/phone. After that time, your appointment will only continue at the discretion of the salon with a $15 late fee being added on to the service. I charge a 25% cancelation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. (Deposits are forfeited with any no-show or cancellation in the 48 hour window)
