Service Description

A trichologist is a trained professional who focuses on the study and treatment of hair and scalp disorders. They can assess the health of your hair and identify potential issues, ranging from genetic factors to environmental causes. With their guidance, you can develop a plan to address these concerns and promote healthy hair growth. If you have hair loss or scalp concerns, but cannot visit our Clinic, we can still help. Prior to your virtual visit, your Trichologist will email you detailed forms to fill out, and will request photos of your hair and scalp for analysis. During your Consultation, we will discuss your concerns, and prescribe a treatment plan and hair care protocol. We have two options available for our virtual Consultation, a 45-minute Consultation or a 1-hour Consultation that includes your tailored at-home package of Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Serum, Supplements and Follicle Spray (worth $150.00), five products prescribed for your specific needs to use as part of your at home care regime. 1-hour consultation (inludes customized Holistic and Advanced Trichology products). $275 for 1 hour consultation (includes products) or $150 for 45 minute consultation. Disclaimer: I am aware that based on the information provided, the Trichologist does not diagnosis, but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of my hair/scalp concerns. I understand that it may be suggested and beneficial to attend the Clinic for my follow-up appointment in order to assess my hair/scalp. As well as make any alterations to my treatment/product regimen.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit to guarantee the scheduling of the service. The deposit will be applied at the time of service, and the balance for any remaining amount will be due at final checkout. In the event of a resheduling, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. We understand that things happen so we allow a 15 minute grace period that must be communicated by text/phone. After that time, your appointment will only continue at the discretion of the salon with a $15 late fee being added on to the service. I charge a 25% cancelation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. (Deposits are forfeited with any no-show or cancellation in the 48 hour window)
